The ICRS code of conduct is built around creating a safe, supportive environment for everyone in our spaces.

The Imperial College London Robotics Society (ICRS) is dedicated to providing a safe experience for everyone. We do not tolerate harassment of members or non-membersĀ **in any form. In addition to this code of conduct, all members are expected to abide by theĀ **Imperial College London Code of Conduct.

This code of conduct applies to all ICRS spaces, including the EEE 505 lab and at all ICRS events (no matter where they take place), online on our Discord, Facebook, and website, and all other places on the internet managed by the club. Anyone who violates this code of conduct may be sanctioned or expelled from these spaces at the discretion of the committee.

Some ICRS spaces may have additional rules in place, which will be made clearly available to members. Members are responsible for knowing and abiding by these rules.

Safety

All members using the ICRS Lab (505) need to have completed an induction, including watching a video and completing the quiz. All members need to abide by the risk assessment, and the contents of this code of conduct, subject to change. If you would like to report a safety issue please talk to a committee member or the lab manager, and we will deal with it as quickly as possible.

The following is an example and a non-exhaustive list of safety issues.
